Britt moved to San Diego, CA to pursue her career in physical therapy, specializing in orthopedics and completed a one-year orthopedic residency program at Kaiser Permanente in 2014.

After completing her orthopedic residency program, Britt became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2016. Britt has taken several continuing education courses to offer the best care possible for patients and prides herself in providing evidence based treatments with all patients. She received her SFMA level 1 certification to continue focusing on being a movement specialist, focusing on a wholistic approach, and improve the quality of care for all patients and athletes. Britt incorporates a lot of DNS training in her treatment sessions to build a strong foundation to recover from current injuries and/or prevent future injuries. Although she loves to treat all joints in the body her specialities are knees and shoulders.

Britt played softball at Ithaca College for four years as a pitcher and outfielder. She continues to play today in slow pitch leagues and also loves being outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, surfing/kiteboarding, playing guitar, training/competing in triathlons, and hanging out with her dog Oakley.

“I think that the best part about being a physical therapist is helping individuals return to what they love to do pain free…exercise coupled with manual therapy techniques is the best kind of medicine!”
